Suspects sought in sushi restaurant robbery

Oldsmar, Florida-- The getaway driver has been caught, but officials say two robbery suspects remain on the loose after a sushi restaurant robbery Monday night.

According to deputies, the two suspects robbed the Boton Sushi Restaurant around 8 p.m. after they walked in, pointed guns at two employees and demanded cash from the register.

Witnesses said the suspects left in a "gold four-door Taurus", and it wasn't long before Pinellas County deputies located the car off the 1100 block of Lasalle Street in Clearwater.

City to discuss beach playground with residents tonight

Clearwater Beach, Florida -- Beach residents will get details on a proposed $500,000 playground addition at Pier 60 Park during a meeting tonight with the city's Parks and Recreation head, Kevin Dunbar.

The meeting is set for 6 p.m. at the Beach Recreaction Center at 69 Bay Esplanade.
