St. Petersburg, Florida -- Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) invites the public to provide input on the proposed capital assistance projects to be submitted to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
PSTA is requesting partial federal funding of just over $8.8 million and will include preventive maintenance (tire lease, bus parts, fuel, and shop labor), support vehicles, revenue vehicles, computer hardware and software, passenger amenities, support equipment, rehab/renovation of facilities, transit studies, project administration and contingency.
A second application of just over $2.9 million will include additional operating related expenses for preventive maintenance.
The hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 19 at 9:30 a.m. at 3201 Scherer Drive in St. Pete.
