Understanding the homebuying process | News

The purchase of a home can be quite an undertaking for those who are unfamiliar with the process. To help residents who are considering homeownership, the Housing Authority of Pinellas County will air “Understanding the Homebuying Process” on the Thursday, Feb. 2 radio program, There’s No Place Like Home.

The guest, Karmen Lemberg, program administrator with Pinellas County Community Development, will walk through the home purchase process step by step and explain credit issues, homebuying classes, home inspections and more.

There’s No Place Like Home features a different issue each month and airs the first Thursday from 10 to 10:30 a.m. on WRXB 1590 AM.
