Pinellas County DUI "Wolf Pack" Operation results
Pinellas County, Florida-- his past weekend, Pinellas County Sheriff's Office conducted a DUI "Wolf Pack" Operation in an effort to reduce DUI related injuries, and they have released the results.
According to deputies, the following citations were given during the operation:
- 6 DUI's
- 2 Driving While License Suspended/Revoked (DWLSR)
- 10 Citations
- 2 Written Warnings
The operation took place from 9 p.m. on Friday night through 5 a.m. Saturday morning.
Deputies say these operations will take place once a month on nights separate from monthly DUI checkpoints, with the goal of targeting drivers who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who are driving aggressively.
