Two found shot dead inside apartment identified | News

Clearwater, Florida -- Clearwater Police continue to investigate the deaths of two people at Grand Bay Apartments on Gulf to Bay Boulevard Thursday afternoon.

Authorities say officers found 51-year-old Shawn Oelker and 40-year-old Morgana Armes dead inside the apartment while conducting a welfare check around 1:13 p.m. after Oelker did not show up for work for several days.

Clearwater Police say both died as a result of gunshot wounds and there were also no signs of forced entry in the apartment.
