Pinellas County, Florida -- On Saturday, May 12, the US Postal Service held its 20th Annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive.
In Pinellas, Religious Community Services, Inc. (RCS) celebrated its 20th year participating in the event as one of the food bank beneficiaries with hundreds of volunteers helping sort through all the goods at the RCS Bank warehouse.
In all, over 73,000 meals were donated to struggling families throughout the county. Because of everyone's generosity, RCS Food Bank can continue to provide groceries to over 5,500 people each month, with the majority benefiting children.
In a release, the RCS wanted to thank everyone who participated and the event could not have happened with your support.
